Healing Guided by Spirit
The raven is a spirit of rebirth, renewal, recovery, reflection, and healing. Ravens are known for their ability to bring light into the darkness. Ravens have been consistent message bringers for Leslie and while on her own healing journey these magical messengers have been ever-present.
Ravenwood Reiki is a heartfelt tribute to Leslie's ancestors and spirit team. For walking with her and guiding her on a path toward her authentic self, inner knowing, deep connection, and the infinite abundance this life has to offer.
As a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, Leslie also guides new practitioners into the practice through in-person Reiki Training in Redwood City — Reiki Level I and Level II certification held in a small, sacred setting.
Change Begins in Energy
Everything is energy. It's the root of the root. For me, Reiki is how I channel that Universal energy to create deep transformation. When we invite Reiki into the body, we begin to soften, to shift, to heal. And in this space of expansion, new possibilities emerge.
We are all capable of creating profound, sustainable changes in our lives. By allowing Reiki energy to flow through the body you begin to open yourself to the healing power of change. That all things are possible. And when we embrace change, rather than fear it, we move through life from a different headspace. And that headspace is a beautiful place to be.

I am a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, certified in the Hawayo Takata lineage — the living Western lineage through which Reiki traveled from Japan to the world. But the story of my training is bigger than any one tradition.
I received my Reiki I and II attunement from Chantel C. Lucier, a Reiki Master Teacher in both the Usui and Tibetan lineages and the creator of Intuitive Reiki: An Integrative Approach. Chantel's teaching opened me to the body as an intelligent, feeling system — weaving trauma-informed somatic awareness into every session I now hold.
My Reiki Master Teacher training came through Jenn Castillo Staats of Of The Essence, a gifted BIPOC healer whose practice draws from Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Curanderismo, shamanic healing and journeying, crystal healing, and the intuitive and mediumship arts. Training with Jenn was a true initiation. Not just into a new credential, but into a deeper understanding of myself as a woman, a healer, and a keeper of lineage.
I hold this lineage with great reverence and carry it forward in the way I work with clients, hold ceremony, and teach others.
